This is your bi-weekly, straight-up workout. Get stronger, build your bones, boost your mood and energy level.

Even if you’ve never worked out (or if you haven’t been to the gym since your 20s), you are welcome here. All exercises are offered with options depending on your experience level. Injury prevention is my number one goal.

We go slow, focus on alignment and build gradually. (A new member recently commented that every other strength class she tried prior to ours was “waaaay too fast!”) Our pace and approach is just right.

No equipment needed when you're starting -- eventually, you'll want a couple of hand weights and a theraband.

You'll leave feeling both strong and accomplished, ready to take on your day with steady energy.

P.S. Every woman over 40 needs to be doing strength work to counter muscle and bone loss.
