Are the practices pelvic floor safe? (Or knee safe, shoulder safe, heart safe?)
Classes at It's All Yoga are safe and pelvic floor approved!
Of course, if you are under a doctor’s care, it’s best to get an ok to get back to physical activities.
There are gentle practices and meditations here that can be supportive no matter your physical condition.

Are classes live or in person?
There are around 10 live, virtual classes a week with seasoned teachers. Special in-person workshops with me are scheduled outside of membership, and you get 10% off of those.
What exactly do I get when I sign up?
When you join, you’ll have immediate access to 100s of videos in the virtual sanctuary, so you can get on the mat right away.
Yoga and Strength + Stretch classes range from gentle to active and vary in length from 15 to 60 minutes on topics like Happy Hips, Pelvic Floor Health and Unwreck Your Neck. You'll also be able to view the seasonal wellness guides complete with simple Ayurvedic health tips and recipes.
And you be invited to all upcoming live classes and get to connect with other women in the private community.

You can’t be too anything to do yoga. There are no pre-requisites, no requirements. You can be any size, shape, fitness level, experience level, belief affiliation, or anything else.
Yoga is for everyone, not just those who are already fit, flexible or familiar with the practice.
At It’s All Yoga, we encourage you to approach yoga with an open mind and heart. We think you’ll find that the physical poses are just the beginning of how yoga can lead to increased health and wellness in your body and mind.

What if a friend wants to join?
Practicing with a friend is so much fun (yes, even online)! Refer a friend and you'll receive a $10 credit through PayPal as a thank you!
What if I'm new to yoga?
Our style and approach here is loving and respectful of all bodies.
You can be new, any shape, any size -- come as you are. Many of the video classes are gentle and restorative. And even when we are building strength and being more active, the focus is on kindness.
As a student told me years ago, "This is where I learned that yoga is for all bodies.
Can I cancel?
Of course. If the It's All Yoga circle isn't working for you, you can cancel anytime.
Upon cancellation, we will send a farewell email to hear about your experience and what could be better. This isn't a place that’s just going to bill your card and forget about you. We actually want to know what went wrong or what went right that is causing you to leave…even if you were totally satisfied.
Most memberships don’t want to talk to customers who choose to leave, but they’re our favorites because they help us make the best experience possible and serve everyone at a higher level.
