
Join me ONLINE on a new morning for our mindful movement sessions - Mondays from 9:00-10:30am - to WINTER together.
These mindful movement sessions are breath centric and infused with poetry and archetypal imagery. Along with more range of motion, we cultivate alignment, balance, strength, and spaciousness; all in the practice of presence and kindness.
Supportive props for our practice: Squishy balls for rolling on, Foam roller, 2 blankets, 2 straps (or strap & scarf or tie), Bolster (blankets will work if you don't have one), 2 blocks, Folding chair, Tennis ball.
