This workshop is for women who don't want that to happen.

Whether you're moving through floor transitions easily right now or starting to notice they take a little more effort than they used to, this is your moment to do something about it. Not because it's urgent. Because you don't want to wait until it is.

In this 75-minute live workshop, we'll explore:

  • Why floor-to-standing transitions get harder over time — and what's actually driving it (hint: it's not just age)

  • The key movements that build and maintain the strength you need — squats, hip flexion, core, balance — made accessible for real bodies right now

  • Multiple pathways from floor to standing, from most supported to most independent, so you can find where you are today and build from there

  • A simple long-game plan for keeping this capability strong for decades to come
