Sacred Spring with Kim

Join me for our ongoing, seasonal movement practice, as we deepen into presence and kindness through the sacred bloom of Spring.

These mindful movement sessions are breath centric and infused with poetry and archetypal imagery.  Along with more range of motion, we cultivate alignment, balance, strength, and spaciousness; all in the practice of presence and kindness. 

Supportive props for our practice: Squishy balls for rolling on, Foam roller, 2 blankets, 2 straps (or strap & scarf or tie), Bolster (blankets will work if you don't have one), 2 blocks, Folding chair, Tennis ball.
