Michelle Marlahan

Hi! So glad you are here.

It's All Yoga is the place where you can show up just as you are.

I'm Michelle, founder and yoga teacher. I speak the language of sensitive introverts and misfits, and I love the magic that happens when we find one another on the path.

I've taught yoga for 25 years, though my movement practice became more diverse after cancer and a hysterectomy thrust me into menopause in early 2021.

In class, I invite you to "try easier" and learn to trust your body's intelligence. Through a blend of softening, strength training and yoga, you will feel strong and supple in your body and have energy for the things you love.

The foundation of my teaching is kindness, poetry, awe for the body, and welcoming all parts of ourselves to the party. I look forward to practicing together.

Wencke Roed

Aging is inevitable—if we are lucky. My goal for myself and my students is to age gracefully and to be strong, flexible and tall.

My name is Wencke, sounds like Venka. My first introduction to yoga began when I was 40. I had a VCR with 7 days of yoga with Raquel Welch. I started taking yoga classes whenever and wherever I could.

I am an RN and spent 40 years primarily In Labor and Delivery helping families during the pregnancy and birth process. Yoga gradually became a way of life for me rather than only a form of exercise.

In 2014 I took Michelle’s 200-hour teacher training as a way to deepen my practice. Then last year I was introduced to Yoga for Bone Health which resonated with me since I personally have been diagnosed with osteopenia and osteoporosis. I took a teacher training for bone health which has changed my personal practice and how I teach.

I am very excited to offer yoga to an older crowd (young are also welcome).

Mary Paffard

Mary Paffard was dragged kicking and chain-smoking to her first yoga class in the early 70s in London. It was by no means love at first sight! but it was the first time she could remember feeling the possibility that head, heart and body may all be part of the same continuum.

Since then, she shares her passion for, and explorations of, yoga and Vipassna meditation, in classes, workshops and teachers programs nationally and internationally.

Mary has lived off-the-grid on a collective apple farm for over 30 years in Northern California. Director of Teacher Training at Yoga Mendocino, Ukiah California from 2000-2010, Mary co-founded this non profit center and has created teachers programs for training and “un-training”! since the mid 90s. She continues to be part of the Teachers programs faculty at Piedmont Yoga, Oakland and has brought trainings to Mexico, Cuba and Europe through her Yoga Alliance certified school, Yoga for All, at the 200 and 500 hour level.

Sarah Moody

Hi! I’m Sarah.

As an E-RYT® 500, YACEP® yoga teacher with over 1,000 hours of training in yoga and yoga therapy, I offer therapeutic movement and meditation practices that cultivate spacious awareness for the hectic, modern life.

My public classes and one-on-one sessions aim to help you find balance and reduce stress by strengthening the body and mind, placing attention on healthy alignment, and making time for purposeful relaxation. I use the tools of gentle yoga, yoga therapy, meditation, guided relaxation like yoga nidra, functional movement, and posture analysis to help you improve your lifestyle and holistic well-being.  I’ve worked in a variety of clinic and studio settings, as well as instructed corporate mindfulness programs in the Bay Area.

When I’m not teaching, you can find me on epic bike rides with my husband, climbing around on rocks, and enjoying nature and all its’ wonderful details.

*Sarah does not teach live anymore, but you can still practice with her in the movement library!

Ivy Miles

I believe as women age, no matter the past circumstances, are here to feel their best! My mission is to bring awareness to a holistic picture of wellness where we nurture and work on our physical body, our minds and spirit.

As a breast cancer thriver I know the power of healing and of owning one’s health and thus why I am on a path to support women in claiming their thriving health no matter what.

My passion for owning my wellness took me to various levels of certifications from Fitness, Yoga, Health Coaching with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Reiki, Crystal Healing, Sound Therapy, SRT, Yoga Therapy, Yoga4Cancer, to owning a yoga studio.

Now I work with women 1:1, teach classes, offer detoxes, and lead retreats, so we can shine from the inside out.

Teri Roseman

I took my first Yoga class at Rancho La Puerta, in Baja California in the mid-1980’s and became a devoted student while overcoming breast cancer in 2003.

In the ensuing years, I have been in pursuit of the wisdom yoga brings, to live it, and share it with others.  My approach to teaching and therapy is rooted by a deep belief in the healing power of yoga and meditation. I provide a truly profound yoga experience that goes beyond yoga as a form of exercise and instead integrates physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual, spiritual elements in my teachings to provide students a holistic experience and healing atmosphere.

Because of my in depth knowledge and extensive yoga therapy training, my classes and yoga therapy sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs.

Patricia Cornelius

Patricia is a devoted Hanna Somatic Educator. She began her Hanna Somatic Education in 2017 and after completing the three year (+1 due to the pandemic) certification, she began teaching her passion in earnest.

Hanna Somatics is a method for engaging the mind-body relationship. When moving slowly and gently, the brain and the central nervous system are stimulated. This slow stimulation shifts the contracted muscle connection from an involuntary (subcortex) to a voluntary(motor cortex) part of the brain, thus generating a more relaxed muscle tone.

Patricia began building her skill set in 2008 with training in  Iyengar style yoga and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.. Along the path was training in mindfulness yoga and Yoga Tune-Up among a smattering of other endeavors. All of which contributed to easing into Hanna Somatics.

Sharing this knowledge and experience with the community at It's All Yoga is considered an honour. And when she is not teaching, studying or applying somatics, she can be found tending her garden and attempting to make medicine out of herbs.

Kim Wagaman

It is from a place of sincere gratitude for the awakening, awareness, and healing that yoga brings to my life, that a yearning to share the wonders of yoga with others has risen.  I have been practicing yoga since 1999 and began teaching yoga in 2006.  My yoga roots are in the Iyengar tradition and have spread over the years to include a variety of practice methodologies and ideas.
It is my desire and emphasis in teaching to offer the potential for self-healing with yoga, through a greater awareness of the body mind continuum, and one’s own felt experience.  My teaching also emphasizes the cultivation of breath awareness for relaxation, pain, and anxiety management.  In asana practice there is a focus on releasing tightened and overtaxed muscles, and strengthening weakened muscle groups.  I enjoy cultivating a more subtle and focused exploration of the body’s vastness and in doing so encourage a concentration that can ready the mind for contemplation and meditation.
My own limitations with a severe scoliosis have shaped and influenced my practice and teaching significantly and I continue to explore and discover the transformative and healing qualities yoga can offer.

I am a 500 hour RYT and have participated in Elise Miller’s Yoga for Scoliosis teacher training. I teach regular classes, Yoga for Scoliosis Workshops, Yoga for Scoliosis series classes, and private one on one sessions.
