Core UP + Upper Body Unraveling
Duration: 29 minutes

This is a core-centered practice that connects the upper body — spine and arms — to your center. A great practice to build strength, keep your joints healthy and help unravel the dreaded Dowager's Hump.    

PROPS: ball, pillow or block; washcloth or sock (something that slides)

Hip Mobility for the Win  
Duration: 34 minutes    


Hip mobility affects everything -- not only low back and pelvic health, but your daily activities as well.

This practice feels like it's just for your hips, but the rest of your body will thank you. You'll start on your feet, feel some strength, then move into a floor flow and deep stretch.

PROPS: 1 block, optional wall

Road Trip Release
Duration: 42 minutes  

I had a request for a practice to do before or after a road trip (or any long term sitting). This class would also be great at the end of the workday.  Give some love to your spine, hips and shoulders!  

PROPS: Blocks and blanket
