Yoga + Mindfulness with Sarah

This class blends traditional hatha and vinyasa yoga practices with strength conditioning and purposeful relaxation. Our intention is to become better students of our own bodies so we can move well and live well off the yoga mat. Expect to be challenged and nurtured along the way.
