Coming off of June's Strength Month, it seems fitting to work more specifically with goals --- how to set... and meet them!

Your goal might be to add one day of strength training to boost bone and muscle gain.

Your goal might be to rest more.

Or to eat more vegetables.

Or to read a novel.

We know goals are more easily met when we set ourselves up for success and when we do it in community.

So come in your jammies with your coffee and a notebook. We'll talk about:

  • what a realistic goal looks like
  • how to measure it
  • how to reward yourself
  • what to do when obstacles come up (because they will!)
  • the SMART goal setting method

And you'll set a goal for July!
