Summer Soul with Kim

Join me on Wednesdays from 8:30-10am for SUMMER SOUL mindful movement sessions.  These classes are breath centric and infused with poetry and archetypal imagery.  Along with more range of motion, we cultivate balance, strength, fluidity, spaciousness;  all of this in the practice of presence and kindness.
